Bottom bracket ID

I have used a caliper and it looks like the ID of my BB is 41mm or about 1.614 inches. Really not sure how to find the OD for the BB of the BBSHD. Sorry for the idiot question, but this is SO OVERWHELMING.

Just measure the wall thickness of the BB, multiply by 2 and add it to the 41mm, why do you need to know that ?, the width is the more important measurement so you can order the correct motor, I agree, it's overwhelming when you first start, just start reading, things come into focus after a while...
