When running wider chainline oneshould keep in mind that a 135 mm quick release hub is no more "standard" than a 12x150 mm downhill hub.12x148 and 12x157mm are some more thru bolt option hubs with solid clickers. Check out dt swiss, hope, white ind.,Hadley etc. These will take some serious newtons from your mid Drive and the belt softens out would be chain jerk too. Hope this helps. ...

I'm waiting on a few more pieces but determined to get a belt driven bbshd operational. This Is definately not a bolt on operation. I got a e-rad adapter and a 60t pulley on the front. I cut 7mm of the bottom bracket and won't know if I need a bit more until I get the rear 22t on the nexxus 3 igh. The EVWARRIOR came with only one chainstay. I cut it off and welded horizontal dropouts. No need to split the back. I still have to make a adapter maybe the chain cog will work(seems sloppy though) to get the 22t sprocket line. 125 t belt is due in today, so more challenges to overcome. First ebike build and looking forward to a quiet ride.

I ended up with a decent beltline. Like I mentioned I had to cut 7mm from the drive side bb and make it up on the non drive side with a spacer. Also made a torque bar to add stability. Ended up flipping the 22t rear cog and milling 90/1000th out of the center to weld it to a nexxus 3spd igh. I still need to make up a belt tension adjuster for the non drive side, have to work around the yellow axle washer that goes inside the dropout slot. I had to modify a origin 8 chain adjuster on the drive side a bit. Had to cut the front channel off so the axle nut sits deeper and allows the shifter housing to lock down.
I went for a short run around the neighborhood yesterday and it is so quiet it feels absolutely strange compared to the 2 stroke world of friction drive bikes I'm used too.
