David Doub, apologies, I am apparently no longer getting email notifications for this thread.

I am extremely happy with my purchase still. Suspension is stiff off the truck, which I personally like, but it's adjustable to fit your taste. Welds look hand done in some spots, but they are firm and I don't personally have much concern.

First gear is literally a rocket. Everyone I've let try has launched straight into a wheelie despite my warnings. +1 for doing most riding in second. Still enough pull in third.

Only QC issue I've had is my Voltmeter has a failing segment (it's a colored seven-segment display.) Actively working with Greg to source a replacement. Looks easy enough to change out. It doesn't alter performance and the display is readable, it's just annoying to me to see my awesome bike have a blemish.

    Always open to more questions.

THE BIKES ARE NOW $6499. THE PRICE LISTED IS FOR A DEPOSIT ONLY, WITH THE BALANCE DUE DIRECTLY TO US WHEN THE BIKES ARRIVE. AGAIN, THESE 4 BIKES WILL NOT BE IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP UNTIL LATE DECEMBER, COVID HAS MADE IMPORTING NUTS. ONCE THESE 4 ARE SPOKEN FOR WE WILL CONTINUE TAKING ORDERS FOR THE NEXT SHIPMENT DUE IN FEBRUARY 2022.

Definitely the same bike. I've seen videos on YouTube from the UK market that are TimeET specific. It you search TimeET on Alibaba you can find the bike for around 3k, with options to change logos and decals on larger orders. I imagine that is was has happened at Naticycles in PA, but I don't know for sure.

        Thank for replying..
Q-1.. Why does this dirt bike even have a 4th gear.?
Q-2... How many miles can you get out of 1 charge.
Q-3 Naticycles is in New Jersey not PA. You received your bike form Nati in New Jersey.
....The info I posted was from a shop in Central PA. That shop never saw a Banshee yet..
I am usually on the Surron Light bee forum. I also don`t receive e-mail notifications for this thread.
Q-4.. I would love to upgrade my SRX-LB for some serious hard-core dirt bike riding but For the co$t
of better wheels (spokes hub tires) better suspension and a Chi battery.= A stock banshee.

Disclaimer. I'm not a bike person. I'm learning because I think they are really neat, but I'm a noob that made an impulsive decision on the Banshee that I just so happen to be happy with.
Q1- The specs listed on Naticycles list a max speed at 85mph. I do mostly trail riding, meaning I've never had an excuse or option to get anywhere near that fast. The knobbies that come stock make taking it on a paved back road and trying it out... undesirable. If the question is why 85mph... I haven't the foggiest.

I enjoy riding dirtbikes and electric vehicles a lot more than I enjoy understanding their mechanics, so bear with me if I'm mistaken on this. My understanding is that the use of an electric transmission allows an overall smaller electric motor and battery setup to leverage the gearing to achieve greater power and top speed than it would have been able to otherwise. More or less the opposite approach that Zero took on road bikes, making as big a battery and motor possible to feasible work as a motorcycle, with ECU modulation of power delivery based on velocity. I read this somewhere when curious about this myself. Could all be BS, this is not my expertise by any means.

Q2- as with any electric vehicle, that's going to depend on so much. Temperature, riding style, rider position, rider weight, avg speed, avg acceleration. I'm sorry to say I've never tried to dump the full charge. But riding the way I do, trail riding never really crossing 45km/hr (metric display on this bike) . I'm 175lbs. To be fair I'm doing some hard take offs occasionally, but not out here street racing. I took the battery into the last red line on the indicator, at which point I was noticing worse acceleration and torque, so I charged it. That was after about 40 km spread out over the course of a week. I don't know how much further it would've gone. I'm literally assuming that indicator is voltmeter, because that bar I'm talking about was at 70 (no units) having started at "full charge" at 96. Which matches battery specs. I don't know how far it would have gone total, it was still "fine" that low, but I didn't want to push it back and I wanted shoulder dislocating acceleration back. Ive seen 75 mile range listed on Naticycles website as well as here- https://www.e-vi1.com/products/electric-dirt-bike

          But that's not my experience.

Q3- you are correct. I did everything online so don't even know how far apart those two shops are. (I'm southern)

Q4- my use case is just so different from yours. I don't necessarily feel qualified to comment on it's capability for hardcore Motocross. My gut says it would be capable, but I simply don't know as I haven't tried to run it through those paces yet. I think she feels light at 100 kilos, and flickable, but that's all I've got. Best I can do is let you ride if you're ever in NC.

Sorry if I sound uninformed or dumb, just trying to answer the best I can so an internet stranger doesn't spend a lot of money based on a hyped review alone. At least have to represent myself appropriately.

Well that good news for all of us whom are thinking of making an impulsive decision about the banshee.
The fact that your happy with you Banshee since your purchase in July 2021... And reporting no problem is great news.
