Sondors Aluminum Fat Bike - good starting point for first build?

Been reading about the Sondors bikes and they have peaked my interest. I was considering doing a build based off of a Giant Seek 3 or Cannondale Bad Boy but seeing as I have zero experience in building an e bike I thought the Sondors might be the better way to go. For those who own one, would the bike make a good starting point? I'd want to do some power upgrades and then some comfort items like the seat post, seat, stem and handlebars. A good strong set of brakes would be mandatory and lower rolling resistance tires. Bike would be for street use only. Hoping to get a top speed of 30 mph with the power mods from Luna Cycles. My concern is the bike comes in one size only and all the bikes I currently own are 21 inch frames. Do you guys think the Sondors would be a good base starting point or is it not worth the money and I should stick with my original plans?

You are on a better track with the two bikes you chose. Far better bases to build on. Sondors is very basic entry level.
