    Fold X vs Fold XS

E-Bike newb here and I've had my eyes set on a few folding fat tire bikes.

Two of which are the Fold X and the Fold XS

Debating on whether or not the XS is worth the excess money and longer wait time.

Apart from the 750w motor, hydraulic brakes and air suspension fork, what are the other major differences?

Price for the XS is $1699, but they have a discount code special for $999 on the X

As much as I'd like to go all out as I usually do with all my hobbies, I'm thinking it might be best to start off with the X just to get my feet wet and perhaps upgrade later if I really feel the need.

This would be my very first EBike purchase

Actually, I have seen several articles about Fold XS because I am about to buy a foldable e-bike. Though it has too many plus points but I am not happy with its 70 lbs weight because it would tough to lift it in case it collapses down. If you are shorter than 5’0’’ or have height taller than 6’6’’ then you should also not prefer this vehicle.

I actually picked up a torch Fold X using the discount code for $999 months ago

      Great bike

Fit my needs and my budget at the time

My only gripe was that the final gearing was just way too low

Even in top gear, I'd be pedaling my arse off to hit the speed limiter of only 20mph

Didn't take long for me to catch the e-bike bug and I wanted to upgrade to a bike with a suspension after just a week, so I listed it on Craigslist with the intention of ordering a Fold XS

With such high demand, I ended up selling the X for $1400

Unfortunately, the XS was on backorder and I wanted a bike to use on my vacation in Florida, so I ended up ordering an X3 Pro from Wallke

Here's a short video of me unboxing my long awaited WALLKE X3 PRO Electric Bike

Way more power, 30+mph, dual suspension and proper gearing that I can actually use

      Awesome bike, but it's massive

Damn near impossible to move when folded and won't fit in the storage tote bins I used for the Fold X
