Wait .... 130 ft/lb torque? HOLY CHITTY-CHIT!!!! I gotta admit that $5k for a real world motorcycle replacement e-bike is ideal for city riders. It's a cool looking ride to boot! You could easily fabricate panels for the open space and make it a storage compartment as well.
Sondors has a huge e-vehicle footprint. They have a "Rockstar" ($2600) that looks an awful lot like the Luna X1, and looks like they are coming out with a full size EV soon.

Looking for deep info about specs of the battery and controller.
The price makes it very available, you will be investing in adequate seat padding with the money you save lol...
I wanna wait till I ride one to decide but it's safe to say most street riding doesn't bring out the ugly side of huge hub motors & choppy bumps.
I would also like to see a touch more power & battery, but that would add cost so..
We will see how this shakes out, I'm optimistic.
