Does anybody have any recent experience with ERT? Appears to have a ton of mixed reviews. Still super long wait times? Issues with his product?

L'as tu monté facilement ?

! !Last edited by Tsou; 07-31-2020, 10:49 PM.

My order took a little over four months to receive. I went with the BAC8000/NXT/72v Litespeed. Installation was pretty easy, just know that you don’t use all of the stock molex connectors. Unfortunately, though the bike runs, it has less power than my wife’s stock bike, and the NXT display isn’t fully functional. My install was recent, so I’ve only been waiting a couple of days for a return call from support. If anyone out there can offer advice, please do! If I don’t hear back by the weekend, I’ll prolly return the bike to stock and try to get a replacement
Update 8/23/2020: Still no contact from support, but found an old video on how to reflash the NXT firmware. All seems to be working now.Last edited by Justin; 08-23-2020, 12:43 AM.

I bought everything through Litespeed back when I ordered my bike in June. (Bac8k, nxt and 72v). Got it 2 weeks ago but just got back from vacation and haven’t installed anything yet. Long story short, I didn’t expect my 11year old to want to ride on the back with me 24/7 when I originally bought everything. So I may end up listing my nxt and bac8k for sale, and also a nice mount I ordered if I can’t cancel it in time.

Ordered my BAC8000 directly through Allen himself on the phone on 8/25/20. He had just updated his site to show he had them in stock, he said it would be 7-9 days til I would receive it. Emailed him yesterday to get an E.T.A and received an email stating my order was refunded!! I wouldn't trust the guy, joke of a business man, Problem for me is I ordered and paid for my light speed 72volt..... thundergatti you gonna sell your set up?
