    Sur Ron headlight on/off switch...plug n play!

I found handlebar mounted plug and play headlight switches for the SR on Ebay. They aren't cheap at $25, but simple to install and I don't have to cut and splice wires or drill a hole in the battery cover for a switch. I have not received it yet, but it should do the trick.

Installed this for $3.00 from Home Depot, same process. Works great.

Thank you for the link. Can you confirm whether this controls the headlight and taillight or the headlight only?

This plug n play switch only works the headlight. You can manually splice the tail light wire to the switch.

Where is the Rear tail-light wire located? I already wired up the rocker switch for the headlamp but couldnt find the one for the tailight. If you have any photos to help trace it back would be appreciated.

Should be running along the top side of the frame left side of the bike

Meant to continue typing but accidentally hit post.

Anyways it's along the top left side of the bike. Best to remove the battery and if you really want, remove the USB / ignition for easier access. Remove the "Battery Left Limitation Stop and you'll see the cable there.

To dark for pictures tonight , but will be modifying tomorrow and get better pictures then.

For now, looking at the diagram it's Figure 5_04
