It was very loud on the previous gen Dorado. The newest fork has small rubber dots that might keep it quite.

It’s out of stock everywhere with no ETA.

            Thanks much to dirt merchant.
Took some work with a heat gun to clear the tire. Not sure how long it’ll hold up. I think the first time the tire packs up a bit with mud it’ll get ripped off.

Had to post this somewhere after finally finding a legit solution.

This guy on ebay 3D printed one of those expanding cylindrical mounts like the Topeak Defender guards use that fits with the fender from the mini Honda bikes. Super clever design and works perfectly.

Link to mount: https://www.ebay.com/itm/224619489458 (Sur-Ron X Segway X260/160 CRF50 Front Fender steering stem mount)

Link to plastics kit: https://www.ebay.com/itm/181970776598 (Black Plastic Fender Kit for HONDA XR50 CRF50 SDG 107 110 125cc PIT DIRT BIKE)

This definitely works on the Manitou's and would probably work on the other non-DNM forks as well. Click image for larger version

Could you post some up close pics of how the fender is mounted please?

Check out the eBay listing pictures. It shows the mounting device and how it bolts and snaps/wedges into the fender. Then you put the cylndircal part up the steerer tube hole on the fork and tightening the bolt causes the cylinder to expand and grab onto the inner walls of the tube. It's really solid and the fender doesn't budge at all.

Edit: here a few pictures on my bike ...

Thanks for the pics. No way that would work with a 21” front.
The tire damn near makes the lower clamps without a fender on full compression.
There’s a reason the only offering has a cut out for clearance.
Not sure on your set up but I’d do some measuring to make sure your not going to smash the tire into the fender and go for a ride.

Clearance is good on mine at full compression, not a ton of room to spare but it works. Stock 19" wheel with Shinko 241 2.75. I'd probably run it on a 21" too rather than use those lower fenders that get mud packed and lock up, but easy to say that now without trying it, we'll see.

                      Edit: my Manitou's are 27.5.

ID:	144685 Just over 8” from top of tire to bottom clamp.
With close to 8” of travel I don’t see how a high fender would work without being very creative.
