Best BAC 4000 Tunes & Kits

I haven't found much discussion on this forum or others discussing the different BAC 4000 tunes and kits available now that there are more suppliers popping up.

What does everyone think is the best option? Pros and cons, etc.

These seem to be the best options: ebmx, emoto bros, green line engineering.

Ebmx claim to have the best tunes because they are native to the controller, have lot of expertise working on these types of controllers and may have more features like low voltage cutoff and motor temp monitoring, although I think others have added these recently. They also use the apt display instead of egg rider and said they will be releasing an app soon to adjust various parameters.

Green Line Engineering seem to have the best mounting kit with the least amount of gaps.

Emoto bros and GLE are around $300 cheaper than ebmx.

Emoto bros seem really active in the community with good YouTube content and give the impression they will keep working on their tunes.

Evfreeks have really cool heat sinks. GLE and litespeed heatsinks are nice as well.

Has anyone ridden both the egg rider and ebmx tunes with the apt display?

I know that this isn't exactly what you're looking for but I'll weigh in on the EMB / eggrider tune... It's great! Feels nice and linear like the stock bike but with loads more power. And you can customize the regen, power levels, etc. I haven't ridden the other kits, so I can't weigh in on the comparison.

        Thanks guys.

Does your tune cut power when voltage drops/sags too low for the BMS bypassed stock battery?

Will it cut power if the motor temp is too high?

Yes....and Yes... As mentioned I have an upgraded 72volt battery and it still cuts the power as it should... Hope that helps

I have a couple of the EMB kits. Great product so far and I especially like the small size of the egg rider display.

With the e moto bros kit are you able to tell the percentage left on your battery?
