Road tires

I'm looking to replace the stock kobby tires with road tires and use the same stock rims. I'm thinking 3.25 x 19.

Can I just swap out the tires and be done? Anything else I should consider like chain length, sprocket tooth count, etc?

Is 3.25 the widest we can go with the stock rims?

Yes, 3.25 will be close to the chain.

See this thread, where someone last week was trying to install a 3.25" tyre to the stock rim and was unsuccessful; the stock rims may be too narrow for a 3.25" tyre. The OP in that thread installed a 3.25" tyre on an 18"x1.85" rim.

I bought some kenda 100/90-19 and very uncomfortable to say at lest.. I swapped to a IRC 90/90-19 BIAS tire and with fits like stock. But taller, will raise the bike. Went to 52t to counter it.. saw some 80/100-19 out there.. but in my opinion if you run road tires that are tubeless with a tube. Your going to feel the heart wheel weight.. bridgestone makes a 80/100-19 that are tube tire about 6lbs... all the tubeless ones are like 9-15lbs
