What is this rubbing/vibration on my brand new Surron

I had the same problem, messaged Luna, and they told me to get Belt Lube/conditioner. I live in AZ and this makes all the difference in the world.

Thank you for the video!!!! I followed the video and it definitely made a difference. I was making incremental adjustments because I’m still not sure how much give it should have. It is still making a high pitch sound but it’s way better. I’m thinking I can allow a little more give. Any idea how much give the belt should have?

Mine was too tight when new too. Turns out the Al motor pulley will heat up end expand when riding due to friction and motor heat. If your belt is tight when cold, it'll be really tight after you ride a while. Point is to check tension after riding.

Yes I now have determined the sound is coming from the belt on the motor. Not the front wheel. I think it’s way to tight. Has zero give.

I can only hear it/feel it at slow speeds. In the video I can hold the speed at which it makes the rubbing sound towards the end. Any clues? It sounds louder in real life but you can hear it in my video. Please help.

If you put it on a stand and spin the wheels, does it make the same sound? What setting is your Regen set to as well?
