Why does no one sell replacement hardware or provide them with the replacement part ?

Does anyone else have this issue? For whatever the reason you need to replace some bolts/fasteners/pins etc ... Man it's annoying.... Not one surron store online sells hardware at least not entire surron bolt kits...besides the few titanium bolts.. but why is it so hard to just order a few bolts... even the PDF Diagram's does not give you the entire information on the part.

I like my surront I know its made in china can you just tell me the specs of the items instead of trying to hide that they are cheaper parts... I don't know what company made the majority of the parts or where they are sourced from...

idk I'll give you a good example... go to try find the hardware for a battery lid.. the latch and pins... Someone started selling the latch on ali express recently but that's the only listing you'll find that's actively selling on the internet.. the 2 pins.. Yeah you won't find those anywhere.. nor will you find what type of pin it is...one of many examples

A good reason to buy 2 SRX-Light Bees. One to ride one for spare parts. LOL
I`ll get back to you on this subject. About 1 year ago Sparks (Mark White) from Kentucky was making a list of parts, and places to buy them. He spent many hours on the phone, internet & E-mails trying to completely rebuild his 2018 SRX-LB with all upgraded parts. Last I heard from him he replaced his forks and he was going to send me his stock forks to see if my local Motorcycle suspension shop can upgrade them. I`ll try again today to contact Sparks and keep all of us informed.

You can buy just about everything you need from Mcmastercarr.com We should probably pin a thread on here people can add to as they find parts that fit.

It's frustrating trying to find parts. The demand seems high but the supply is low. Lot of good upgrades if you can source them. This seems to be the norm now days.

PS: I just placed an order from Luna last Tuesday. Got it Saturday. Shimano Hoc3-brake pads ($35.00-per set) were out of stock so I bought from Luna 2 sets of Shimano ZeeS Kool-stop brake pads $18.00 each, A set of Luna floating rotors, a few extra front & rear Spokes, the $20,00 tool to remove the swing arm bolt when I need it. I wanted an extra drive belt which was also out of stock.

I just took my swingarm off to put a new primary belt on and had to beat the swingarm bolt out. The bolt was bent. I don't know how it happened or how long it's been like that but it's not reusable.
Ebikezilla had the bolt in stock and it's on the way right now.

Next time take the bolt to any Fastenal or "Fastener" place and they will get you a replacement on the spot for less money and give you options for quality.

I have the same issue. I lost my bleed screw and I cannot find any documentation for it's size. The company that sold it to me, Luna cycle, does not sell them and does not even know the size. I measured it at 6M (with some wiggle - does that mean it's a 5M?) and can't find anything on Amazon or McMastercarr.com that small. I am stuck buying an entirely new brake just because I can't find the screw.

These go down to 5mm length. How short do you need? You can also cut them smaller with a hack saw.
