Mainly thin aluminum, black plastic dip, and rivet tool,.. here in Florida place called acme industrial sells by pound.. I don't know how it hold up to casing it. But can hold the bikes weight no problem, even deflects pop up sticks (on road) no problem.. still need a grill for it tho
