Light Bee dead?

I am not very mechanical. I plugged in my bike to charge it and it will not charge. Gage reads 12 V so it may have gotten too low to charge. I’m assuming it’s either the charger or the battery I was hoping to find somebody local with a charger to test. I’m near Laguna Hills. Any other ideas would be helpful .

Is that 12 volts your reading on a separate voltage-meter or 12% charge left on your Indicator located between the seat & ignition key.?
What year is you bike & battery.? How many miles or hours.? Any wet conditions lately.?
My 2020 SRX-LB is going on 4 years. Never has any serious problems yet, but if you look/schroll thru this forum I`ve read about similar problems in the past 4 years. Sorry not local, but CA has many helpful SRX-LB people.
