My buddy Patrick and I rode up Mill Creek Trail out of Kern Canyon outside Bakersfield. The trail is 100% singletrack and climbs just under 5,000 feet in 9 miles. I think I had about 29% battery left at the top and my buddy had about 33%. We each only used about 8% on the way down. I've ridden dirt bikes my whole life (I'm 66). With that being said, I would not attempt to ride this trail on any dirtbike. It would just be to difficult for me nowadays but on the Light Bees, it was easy. You can start and stop anywhere you like. Switch backs are no longer a scary thing uphill or downhill. Can't wait to do more trails in the Southern Sierras.
