    Fork & Rear Shock upgrades

Wondering if anyone can tell me definitively if these upgrades will work on the Sur Ron:

    Fork: RockShox BoXXer RC DebonAir
Rear Shock: RockShox Vivid R2C 240x76mm

I read through these forums and really didn't find much. But I read through the specs of the existing fork and shock and I think these will work, but I want to make sure before I spend a huge amount of money.

PS. I am familiar with swapping races and headsets, so I'm not worried about that.
