    E1 frame $390/shipped

Raptor Clone frame. (Only a few left at this price) One week shipping. It's a 100lb Ebike that rides like a BMW. Throw on a pair of 2.75-19" Shinko dirt tires and you're gonna have a lot of fun.

These are 100% bicycles because it's built with all bicycle parts. The metal frame box is huge inside. It holds 142v 20ah, 100v 32ah and any smaller battery configuration. I like the DNM USD8 forks with 80/90-21" street mototires front and rear.

Taller diameter tires provide a much better ride over slightly bumpy surfaces. The handling at higher speeds is much better due to less tire rotations per meter traveled. Smaller diameter tires feel every tiny bump in the road but do provide more torque on high kV wind motors. My favorite motor/tire combination is the 9kV motor on a 21" moto tire or 26x3" bicycle tire. 11kV or higher motors get hot on a 26" tire.

I have been thinking of using a 21" moto tire but for the street. Do you have any suggestions.

Your wants and needs are totally different than mine which is why your bikes resemble a small motorcycle. That being said if I wanted to build a traditional ebike based on a bicycle frame That is capable of more performance do you know of a rugged stiff bike frame that I should start with.

Yes I do. Check this one out. Same set up only on a steel Mongoose Hitch frame .

I like having one at least for a second Ebike.
