    72v 80A battery connectors

What connectors and gauge wire should I use for 72v 80A continuous?

    Depends on the length

Also you would want to know how often you would be drawing the full 80. An XT90 is supposedly rated for 90 amps but I am about 75% sure if you tried to do that continuous it would melt. But if you are maybe going to draw 30 amps on average and have brief spikes of 80 that may be just fine.

4ga if its short lenght. 0g if its long. 00g if its really long. QS9 plugs are nice and rated to 150a. Or Anderson connector works.

The only response that comes to mind is "it depends"

and it depends on lots of things... simple questions seldom have simple answers... best to fill in every detail whether considered relevant or not
