In another post you wrote "My bike has a cadence sensor, not a torque". This means you should first make an effort to match your new controller to your motor and system. I suggest you start a new thread with all of your motor, throttle/cadence sensor and display specs with as much info as possible. Ideally, you would include links to what you are running.

From your other posts, it sounds like you almost certainly have a proprietary controller that shorted out. The most economical solution to this is to replace that proprietary controller with a direct replacement.

Alternatively, you could swap in a new motor/controller/display/throttle or torque/cadence sensor system. I always make a huge effort to use as common of parts as possible so that replacement parts and service are easily found. You could reuse your battery if you choose a 48V system.

Let's see pictures of the electrical connectors emanating from your motor. If you have 5 Hall sensor wires and 3 phase wires, you would have a lot of choices for a replacement controller. You also might want to upload pictures of the cadence sensor device.

Also, here is an electronics technician in our area which I definitely recommend: http://ebike707.com/

@ 117v 250amps , KBL 96v 250amp controller, see how the front end lifts on throttle. (You see my feet move forward as I lean over the handlebars)

The most torque I ever seen out of a stock controller is absolutely the KBL 96v 250a
