Controller info
Hello, i recently got in to e-bikes, i build an test prototype from an old 90's MB bike, 2000W kit and lead acid 4 x 12V battery. The Kit i got is very basic in terms of info displayed I want to add more functionality as I'm upgrading the battery to in DIY 22Ah 14S 11P Litium battery.
I can't find any info on the controller or pictures or anything, any info will be appreciated.
The controller is pared with a SW900 display that has only one power button (same thing I can't find this version of SW900 anywhere) and only displays the voltage for one second when you turn it on and then only the speed and odometer. the brake sign turns on once you push the brake.
I want to add battery volts and W of motor, can I just swap the display with a normal 3 button SW900 and get all of the info? if yes the current display only uses 4 wires where I need to connect the 5'th one? for pedal assist what are the pins on the controller?
Here are pictures of my controller, inside the controller looks that there are other pins but no idea what they are. In the first picture I traced all the used wires on the controller.
