It's just a custom spot-welded pf pack in a shark case

Ditto! Let us all know what battery pack it is. Thanks.

That happened to one of my batteries when it fell off a stool in my garage. It was repaired by opening up the pack and redoing the broken spot welds.

Thanks for troubleshooting and reporting the fix. What pack is it?

Was a battery issue, the spot welds came off of some of the cells :]

    Fried BBS02 controller?

    Hi,

Got this issue with BBS02, did an acid test full throttle for like 2 minutes, motor shut down and couldn't turn it on again. Got back home, battery still shows 49V, plugged the leads into the power connector of the motor and when the battery is connected the motor voltage climbs steadily. Also when I plug in the charger to the battery, the display turns on, but the voltage shows on the display it's jumping from 58.8V to 54.2V, also the battery for some reason is not charging while plugged in. Any ideas what it could be?
