BBSHD Motor problems, possible throttle issue? or controller issue?

Hi all,

I've been trying to troubleshoot my BBS01B motor. The symptoms are the motor mounted on the bike will turn as I put pressure on throttle, but once the motor stops, I will have to physcially move the rotor and gears by hand rotating it backwards a bit, otherwise the throttle does not turn the motor again.

This also applies for when it use the push mode, wonderinf if anyone has ran into similar issues and is this a problem with the throttle or the motor itself?
