East creek that space with the new pretty $7.00 bag is too small
now that I know a little more about the battery thing I found out
to build the battery that I need it will take over 100 individual cells
and at 3/4 inch in diameter that is going to take up some space
    onward through the fog

Seems like you could fabricate a battery to fit the space where your controller is mounted in that nice new bag. Then perhaps mount the controller vertically behind the seat, unless of course it would interfere with a flashing red tail light which is highly recommended for night time riding. That way your battery pack would be better protected.

I swapped out my original dual for a triple (44-44-32) I suppose a larger one is available somewhere. I would also have liked to seen a concave style chain-ring. This would have helped with chain alignment which caused some delay. (Ended up cutting 3/8" off one side of my BB!)

Our boy has also gone to The Big Dog Park. He had some G.S. in him. He was the best friend I ever had.

I think this might be my best bet
Like a motorcycle radiator or oil cooler mount
I can get 47 cells in this space

Thankx about the dog we lost our old German shepherd about 6 months ago he was 13 years old and now Jerry Lee is our new boy he is 14 weeks old
as far as the battery goes there is no room inside my frame the only place I can see is back rack and as Rix Ryde said that sucks so I am not crazy about that
hi CG and under the motor or like the picture would give it a great CG
O well I guess I will figure something out I've got all winter

    Greetings : new day
I met with the cnc guy last night and he did not want to do the triangle wedge spacer for the mm support he wanted to use
a oval 3 piece set up he said that it would be cheaper to make and he thought it would be just as strong
so it looks like I will fabricate my own along with the outer support plate.
and I thought as long as I was getting crazy on this thing may be I should just build my own Battery Jerry Lee thinks this would be cool
this is my concept does any of you guru's know where I can buy batteries nickel strips and bms boards and so on
Thankx in advance for any and all help.
    Bill.

Ok I looked up how to do the math on the distance
52vx20ah =1042 what hours Divide that by 20 for the formula of 20wh per mile =52 miles
I am assuming that is with out peddling on level ground
Like I said we shall see the proof is in the pudding

I suppose if you limit the current to an already low wattage/efficient motor and you help out you could get some pretty good mileage out of one of these packs. I run at a fairly steady 10 amps with spikes to 30 on the hills and acceleratiing and when I goose the throttle to get ahead of some traffic, or get away from a stop if I have not thought ahead enough to gear down. I am always on pedal assist set at 3 and 4 out of the available 9. My setup will do 30 mph no problemo on pure throttle. It is too scary. I stay at 23 max. (pedaliing)
Man I don't know the e math either but I guess I will find out
I don't like going over 20mph and I peddle so it will be seen how many miles I will get
    thanlx for the come back
I am waiting for the cnc man to get here now and he can give me the news on the parts that I want to strengthen the motor mounts
