    How to remove a Cyclone Freewheel

    This procedure requires the following tools:

    1- freewheel removal tool
    1- socket and breaker bar
    1- vice or 2 people one to hold the freewheel and one to turn the breaker bar




    The pedals screw into the freewheel

    Photo below of the threaded freewheel. This will screw into either the square tapered or ISIS crank arm

    I used a 24mm socket and the the long breaker bar.

    Threads like this are DIY catnip.

    The part number is a PARK FT-6. $12 US at a local shop the sells BMX gear.

    Agreed,

    I just figured out the proper way to link from one thread from another thread in vBulletin is using tag. Info is at http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/misc....=bbcode#thread . The URL tags I used are slow and tend to break.
