Front Mac motor significantly off center

I am trying to install a front Luna 5T Mac Motor in my Ryan Recumbent. The Luna laced rim is centered on the motor and therefore not dished to fit in the forks. It seems like the wheel builder built it like it was a rear wheel. Any suggestions?

To some extent amount of dish will vary depending on the frame. On the side you want the tire moved toward, equally tighten each spoke. Then on the other side equally loosen each spoke.

My Bafang geared hub motor (rim offset) came like that, way off center, direct from China. I saw another hub motor wheel way off center at a Ciclavia event too. A good bike shop can fix it and get the rim running true in the center of the forks, I think it cost me $30, but well worth it.
