    Lights and switch

Just received some "to be seen" lights for front and back, and hooked them up. Pretty simple actually, just snipped off the connectors on the the front lights/horn and rear lights harnesses, and connected the light wires to the black and red wires from the harnesses. The bonus was being able to use the existing grey switch on the throttle for turning them on and off. Always wondered what that one was for... Anyway, everything works great, and the strobing red (rear) and white (front) lights should help keep me safe.

what voltage does the light run off of? Or what is the voltage coming out of the wire you snipped? Is it 12 volts or your battery voltage? Don't want to blow up my light because I don't think it has a dc convertor built in. Any pictures of where you spiced in ? Thanks

Works on any voltage up to 80V. In my case, I have a 52V battery. Don't have any pics handy, but I thought I posted elsewhere on this forum about my lights. Search around, you might find them. In can case, have been using them ever since with no problems.
