When the push toggle is off there is still power to the alarm system, now if the alarm triggers and it sends voltage to the light to flash, will that flow in the motor as well and cause issues? Thanks.

It would seem problematic, as you are combining two different control voltages into one. Keeping in mind that the Luna SSR switches the negative battery side. It would be helpful to know the information on the converter and alarm system for a more accurate wiring solution. Links to product page, specs, pictures, or any information on these components please. You don't mention, but wouldn't it be nice to get the horn involved also? Provided you have one installed.
If your considering isolation diodes, keep in mind you usually pay a .7 voltage drop of the supply voltage with it installed in the circuit.
