Luna Charger 48V Advanced 300W Ebike Charger: Over charge?

I just got my 48V Advanced Charger in the mail today. When i plug it into the wall it show on the display a charge of 54.7V-54.8V. I assumed that was fine, even though the manual said max charge is 56.4V. Now i have been charging my battery for 2+ hours and my charger, currently, has an output of 54.7/8V (it is flickering back and forth). It hasn't turned off yet. Should i be worried?

Note: this is a new battery. i am still in the 'break-in-period". I have only charged it once before. It is the 48-Shark-13.5GA battery.

Edit: Also, when i turn the charger to 90% or 80%, the fan turns off.
