Fuse location on latest Luna Advanced charger

There are four screws to access this. Two on left and two on right. Only these top screws need removed to remove the top cover, the others on both sides can be left in place.

The fuse used is a F6AL250V

Good morning,
My advanced 52v charger recently stopped working. I plug it in and no response. LED light is dead as well as display screen. Unit does still slowly get warm. I open the case and looked for a fuse in the location described but there is no fuse there. I inspected everywhere else on the charger and cannot find a glass tube fuse anywhere. Do you have any suggestions? The charger is only about a month old. Order #66451

Did you check that it's not the other version with the screw-in fuse on the outside of the case

Please email support@lunacycle.com and ask for this to be forwarded to Gary. Apparently the newest model may have some sort of resettable fuse in a different location, in any case since this is basically new we can just replace it if you send us an email.

Hi I'm in the same boat- can't find the glass fuse anywhere. Mine isn't brand new. How do I fix? Thanks!
