List of programs available for folks to get some form of credit for an electric bike

This is a program around the San Luis obispo, santa cruz and monterey area in California, run by local community electricity company 3CE.
50% of price up to $500, or 75% up to $1,000 for income qualified customers.
Confirmed that this credit is also granted for Surron buyers

This program is for the Denver area and applies to all Denver residents. $400 rebate on any ebike bought from participating retailers within the city, and up to $1200 for qualifying low income residents. Additional $500 if it is a cargo ebike.
