changing shimano brake calipers with avid bb7

Hi I just want to ask (if anyone knows) will the avid bb7 calipers fit with the same shimano adapters that i currently have on my bike. As far as i can tell they should but i'm not sure. Currently i'm running 203mm shimano RT-99 saint rotors with shimano BR-M375 calipers. I want to upgrade to the Avid BB7 calipers and am unsure if they'll fit the same adapters.

I think Avid has their own self aligning calipr mounting system. I would look at an Avid part drawing and see if it looks like the parts you already have.
