Every once in a while we see folks running into errors using amazon pay when buying from the Luna store. Typically they look like this:

When investigating this is usually determined to be on the customer side rather than an issue with the website or the payment platform itself. Per these troubleshooting documents:Some things to keep in mind here are that this payment method does not allow use of amazon gift cards through amazon pay, and "you might be limited to using Visa and Mastercard credit cards", potentially ruling out the usage of any amazon balance you have as well.

Additional suggestions are to contact your bank, and/or link a different payment method.

Other potential issues would be if you are trying to ship to an amazon locker, or an amazon warehouse since this could potentially cause an internal error on their end.

If none of this works, we would recommend either using our regular checkout option and paying with credit card via there, or clicking the button for PayPal checkout from within cart.
