    BBS02 Version B internal parts (pictures)

    While I have a BBS02 on hand and opened I thought I should show you the internals!!!!

    Please look at this thread to know how to remove the secondary reduction gear and axle

    Now once the secondary gear is removed you can see the hall effect sensor for the pedal assist system, in the hole you have a rase were the thrust bearing sits under the race you have a needle bearing Click image for larger version

    Inside the axle on the other side you have another race and a thrust bearing (not shown) sitting on it and under you have a needle bearings : Click image for larger version

    On the other side of the axle and under the metal plate (shown in the other post I linked) there is another bearing : 16004RS Click image for larger version

    On the other side of the motor where the nylon gear is you have the plate, nylon gear and pinion, this plate as a bearing in it and it's for a 12mm pinion (called version B) the bearing is a 16001RS Click image for larger version

    Once the Nylon gear removed, you have 2 bearings, the middle one is to support the rotor (model # 628RS) and the bigger one is for the version B pinion (Model # 16002RS)

    Next the final one is the stator with the hall sensor circuit board, you can see the actual hall sensors that are inserted in the stator slots marked H1 H2 H3.

      Hello Sebz,

      How the hell I remove the needle bearings in the pics below?
      one of them is stuck and I want to remove it and clean it to see if I can save it while I wait for the spare replacement delivery,
      please let me know, I am stuck!
