Thanks. The chip was actually labeled with 5v G and S. It was pretty easy to figure out and the wires had been torn off the throttle in a crash. You just couldn't see then until you unassembled the throttle Mechanism. The chip looked like it's been conformal coated and held in with like liquid tape stuff. The signal / sensor wire was indeed blue as indicated by the diagram. Got it all patched up and working again. Thanks for the diagram.

Hello, I'm new to this forum, I'm asking for help solving a problem with my Bafang BBS02.
I can't figure out if the brake sensor connector has a NC or NO contact (normally open or closed), because the current brakes are inadequate and I would like to mount the MAGURA MT%E with the contact incorporated in the brake lever.
Thanks in advance to all, and especially to those who can give me a valid help.
      Good day.

Greetings, and welcome to the forum. From what I've read elsewhere, they're NO (normally open) across the white (pin 4, signal) to black (pin 8, ground) connections. I verified it on a stock Bafang cable lever. This would also jive with the NO pushbutton bar mount motor cutoff switch some owners have used.
