BBS02 and BBSHD throttle selection and compatibility

All the throttles below work with BBS02 / BBSHD and the ULTRA as do other throttles sold and marketed for BBSxx motors.

Throttles for BBSxx DO NOT work with the Bafang hub motors. For hub motors you need a different throttle.

Is there a secret to installing the left grip on the right full twist grip throttle set? My left grip acts like there is no way it will slide on. The right throttle unit slides on and tightens down just fine.

Typically there is a bolt to tighten, usually with an allen key. Sometimes it may not be readily apparent. For example on at least one throttle it's all the way down the end of the grip, and you have to see it with a flashlight

My left grip had a decorative plug bolted onto the end but it was just decorative.
I ended up getting the grip on by running a blow dryer into it and spritzing soapy water in it then tapping it home with a mallet. I may never get it off again but it’s on there!

What diameter bar will the throttle fit on. My Salsa bike has a 31.8 mm diameter Woodchipper 2 drop bar. The Bafang thumb throttle does not fit. Suggestions?

My throttle controller will not fit my steering controls on my HP Gecko 26 recumbent trike. Its a bit to small and it doesn't open up. About 2mm to small to slide on. Any input.

Start voltage seems to be 0.9v but unsure on end voltage.

Will the Bafang left hand, half twist throttle work with the Ultra 620 motor?

I just installed this half twist throttle and it works great with my BBSHD. Notice the low profile at the end of the half twist compared to the usually bulky business end of the throttle. Its meant to fit along with brake and gear shifting levers..
