hi guys does anyone knows any alternative way to remove this crank arm of bbshd? there's no more threads for my crank puller tool to screw in :(

Cut it off. New arms are cheap enough.

This recently happened to me. Tie rod puller kit. Look like oversized tuning forks. The smallest one 11/16 will work. Advance Auto has the kit to be borrowed. You can do it in the parking lot. Saved my bacon!

it's actually not the tool but the crank itself, i checked on some other post & videos that bafang crank threads are rubbish. on my case i removed the motor 4x last year i think that might worn my threads out.

I think Newmariner's comment still applies, though.

Those threads get replaced with the new arm. Thus, using self-extracting bolts with a new arm means those threads won't be used over and over, so hopefully you won't go through it again.

I have had the crank arm off 4 or 5 times since replacing. The self extracting bolt working great. I switch between a 42 for the road and a 30 for the woods. Has made things easy.

You should consider a Sturmey-Archer hybrid drive. Up to 27 speeds and your unused front derailleur shifter is probably compatible. The 42 tooth chain wheel in low will give almost the same ratios as the 30 tooth Mini. I was using this cassette in the calculations. 12,14,16,18,21,24,28,34

Maybe a puller will work. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/like/190911635024?chn=ps

The other option is to just cut it off

Great thinking! Pretend like you don't want it to fall off....
