14S BMS with "RANGE" function needed.

I have the 750c dash and there is a function that my BMS doesn't support (actually several), it is the 'Range' function, 4th press of the menu button on the home screen.
I would like to upgrade the BMS to include this feature, WHER can I purchase a BMS that supports this?
Also, the diagnostic program is not existent, this is the one that is featured here: https://youtu.be/x4MeBHJp45M I'm guessing that this is a feature of the BMS as well, or is there a program update for this dash?
