    You could try this mod to lock out the rear freewheel.
    I've got enough seat time on this mod. I think I can bring it forward on it's own.     We use Onyx hubs in BMX racing, they are the best hubs for this. I'm not sure how they work with motor versus human torque. The silence of these hubs is also great.
