Could someone post a video of how to remove a DireWolf from the magnets?

I've been told and saw a short video from Luna, with a wolfpack battery, tilting it off. And Luna Support told me to lift straight up, or forward. If I lift up, I pick up the whole bike. If I try and pull up but slanted forward, again I pick up the bike.

I think I grab it from the top and kinda roll it off. Once it lifts a bit I twist a bit so if it contacts again it hits the rails and can't really stick.

I keep worrying that I'll rip the two bottle cage screw out of the frame each time. Thanks for the quick response.

Ya it sticks pretty good and there is some flex to the magnet plate but I have not really had it come loose on either my steel or aluminum frames. The steel (Surly) is the one I have had the longest and goes off road. In the summer I do tend to leave them on. Only over the winter when I ride less and the bikes are not stored in a heated area that I remove them regularly.

On thing that does seem to fail is the rivets that hold the magnet assemblies to the plate seem to loosen up and fall off. Both the middle one have fallen off mine but still seems to stick fine with just 4 of the 6. I do have mine in a zip tie triangle bag so if it does happen to come loose it can't go far. I punched the 2 holes for the magnet mounts in the bottom of the bag so the magnet is inside the bag. I like the more stealth look and it gives you the room for a small multi tool and a tube. I even got extension cords for the charge port to hang out so I don't have to open em for charging.

He said he needs a video, manually it is impossible to reach that thing.

Zaakee2022 you ever easily get one of these Direwolf packs off? The local bike shop (LBS) got it off a few times in front of me but had to use a screwdriver. I know that's not the way to get it off but this thing if I tist I'm more worried of ripping the screws out of the frame.

              Bill B,
I remove mine by first addressing one end of the battery that has the best room, and insert a flat blade screwdriver between the battery and the metal base containing the magnets. Be sure the screwdriver is NOT between the frame and the metal base containing the magnets.
Pry the battery up just enough to get another small flat blade screwdriver between the battery and the top of the metal base at the end you are working with. This screwdriver position is perpendicular to the battery. With that much load off of the
magnets, the battery us easily removed. This operation does not load the insets on the frame. It works for me.
