Bluesky cycling sells closeout bike parts. Red is probably uncommon but worth a try. They have about 9 pages of wheelsets to choose from.

Red painted hub spokes and rim then all match perfectly perhaps.

Perhaps powder coating would be the way to go. Probably mask off the spoke nipples for wheel truing.
