if you could add some marker lights on the bar ends to define the width of the vehicle that might help.

A word of warning about 2 headlights in an unorthodox layout. Oncoming drivers at night can only see the 2 lights. They will have to judge speed and distance by the size, and separation of the lights. They may also make the assumption that they're looking at a car that is much further away. I've had first hand experience with this on eyeglass mounted lights, and a sandrail on the street where fender mounted lights sere not possible. IMHO it's better if they see one light and wonder what that is, than to see 2 lights, and guess wrong.
The 2 lights mounted on the fork can swing back and forth and a driver may think another car is doing something erratic. I personally avoid that setup.

To create attachment points on rack tubing where there aren't any, I use stainless band clamps, like these: https://a.co/d/ddNxfpK

Available plastic coated and nylon construction. Here are a few examples in use - the first, is a rear rack light:

Here on a front rack combined with some daruma stay clamps (bottom left & right):

Finally, clamping down a sheet of HDPE to the top of a rear rack, as a secondary battery carrier:

  • Duel headlight mounting on Specialized Pizza Rack

I currently have two head lights on my bike that are integrated into my Bafang BBHSD system. The stock head light and a head light that is part of a horn/tail light/brake light system. However, I only have one place to mount the light, it’s held in by zip ties, and it’s upside down so my light is mostly pointing at the trees. I would like tho mount both head lights up front and onto the front rack (specialized pizza rack) if possible. Here’s a picture of the head lights and front of the bike.

I was looking online and I found a couple of sample pics that kinda show what I’m looking to do here. These examples have it mounted to the fork blade but I’m hoping to mount it onto my front rack which has smaller diameter tubing.

Does anyone have suggestions how I can mount both lights on the front of my bike? I’m open to other options too!
