Thanks, Zmarkjam. I have the last sensor you show, as the F7 comes with mechanical disks. Based on how I set it up and the sensor alignment, I may be able to slightly actuate my brake lever to accomplish the same thing... I will play with this as the build continues.

Maxvolt, thanks for the suggestions. I did a quick search at REI site but saw no spacers. Have their brick and mortar store in town, so I may call to check. I will check with local bike shop.

          Cheers!

I just go to the bike desk and they have always been very helpful whether it's a $1 spoke or whatever. They even loaned me a tube one day when I was out on a ride with no money.

So, after a few exchanges with Luna, I am told they are making their own spacers for the kits now. I have posted a picture of what they are supplying, and to be honest, it seems a bit of a corner cut. They are supplying only two spacers, totalling 7mm of thickness. The previous kit, as I understand it, was multiple spacers of various thicknesses, totalling 10mm. Plus the ones they supply have tooling in the edge like a threaded capture nut... Are these just reject BB nuts with no threading??? Going to stop in at a couple bike shops to see if they can help. If not, Zmarkjam I will be in touch.

Managed to find enough spacers from several shops around town. Continuing the build today. Thanks for offers of assistance!

First build mostly done. Need to tweak the wiring placement and adjust battery feed wires. Test ride was fun! On to build 2!

Looking good but what is that thing where the seat is supposed to be?

It's called "The Spongy Wonder"... Designed to eliminate crotch numbness. Two small dense foam pads for your ass bones, works great. Working with battery placement and wiring today.

I guess I'm lucky I find a stock saddle to be comfortable plus I can maneuver around a bit depending on conditions.

Ok, I think I'm done! Battery placement reconfigured, terminals soldered and shrink wrapped, wiring cleaned up, and lights installed. Thanks to those who provided input and guidance.
