Cheap easy way to power a bicycle wheel?

I'm looking for a cheap easy way to power a bicycle wheel to make a gyroscope. Since it isn't for a bicycle, it doesn't need to have a controller or brakes. It doesn't need to have high torque, but high speed would be good. The higher the speed, the better it will work as a gyroscope. Also, the longer it runs on a charge, the better. Any suggestions?

Here's a video of a bicycle wheel gyroscope:

This video shows a wheel with an external motor. I'd like to have a wheel with an integrated motor.

purchase a front hub motor kit - you do need the controller to power the motor. One of these will do fine: https://www.ebay.com/itm/36-48V-Elec...r=511147989365 and you need a battery, the smallest/cheapest of the correct voltage will work fine.

A front hub won't go fast enough to do what he wants I think and it's super heavy for this - you want every bit of weight as close to the perimeter and highest speed practical to get the most rotational inertia vs. mass

He'd be better with a tiny little ~250W(+?) RC motor (most likely outrunner)

The electric for this is super easy.... it's the mechanical that might be a pain
