Ok Im new to ebikes conversion kit and I was wondering before I went out and spend recklessly if a hub motor that came on a 26" rim I was wondering if I can put it on a 20" wheel base. And if so can some recommendations thx

Yes. You will need to configure your settings to reduce the wheel size - otherwise your speed will be out.
