2005 Specialized Comp FSR - New Build Questions

I have had this bike for 9 years and decided to use it as my build bike. I have already decided to go with the BBSHD with a 52V Panasonic 18650 Pf battery at 11.5 amp or better but the full suspension frame doesn't seem to have room to room to fit any of the triangles, sharks, or bottles. Any advice on battery mounting position on the bottom side of the down tube or other place would be greatly appreciated.

PF soft pack might fit inside frame on a custom mount 10 1/2" x 3 1/4"

nice bike! if thats a 19-21 inch frame that 52v battery might fit inside triangle, smaller than that i doubt.

Another option is the Mini cube battery. I have it in my Specialised Expert 2009 in large size frame. Actually 2 of these will fit in the triangle. But it is a big triangle. The plans to put in a shark pack. I made up a cardboard model of different size batteries. This maybe the way to go.

But the small mini cube batteries capable of 30kms on pas level 1. I don't have the throttle fitted so I have too pedal.

Okay I pulled the trigger on BBSHD Kit with Panasonic 52V PF 11.5 Battery from Luna Cycle. I am good to go on bike tools but I am compiling a list of things i will need to complete the build.
Heat Shrink size, Battery Connectors, zip ties, etc. Any help on a shopping list here and I would be grateful!

6mm shrink wrap with double walls the one that I have and this one has a glue inside.
Pack of 12 inch zip ties in black, pack 50. Always good to have some . If you go shorter then you may find that you're joining 2 together.
Did you purchase the tool to tighten the motor.
I'm using a piece of aluminium with sides to hold the battery in the triangle. The plans to bolt it onto the bottle screw holes. I'm fabricating it at the moment.. The luna triangle bag wont fit in the triangle. Just something to think about. I'm using a piece of extruded aluminium, same width as the battery. Plans to put a top onto it and a strong glue to water proof it and then cover it in a vinal plastic wrap to make it look professional. I changed the Andersens on the motor to XT90s. Just a lot more reliable connector. If you're struggling on how to mount the battery securely I can post up some pictures of what I have done when I finish.

Thanks Rodney. Any pics would be helpful on the battery Mount. I think I may need to build a custom mount myself.

my suggestion spray the motor and the battery with plastidip same color as your frame, to add more stealth :) dont' forget to include those cables that touches the frame anything that is black that touches your frame plastidip it :)
