Ebike FRAME DIY

I basically need help to design a ebike frame that looks just like 'Stealth Bomber' or 'Enduro' frame from aluminium.
My goal is to build the whole frame by myself but there aren't enough resources.
Throw as much info and advice as you can.

I am currently working on AutoCAD 360 Fusion for complete frame 3D modelling. Any dimension suggestion for safety and other stuffs?
