    failed dropper Seat post on new bike

    just got my new Apollo, after one ride I decided to raise the seat. got it up just about an inch and now the dropper does not lock, or its like a pogo stick

    The problem is that by raising the dropper post outer housing, you pulled on the cable but the housing is wedged inside the bike and didn't move. What you need to do is described in this post of mine: https://electricbike.com/forum/forum...564#post103564
