I entered my email address into the field but a notification appears that says "Please select all options" and I am unable to submit. Am I missing something? I'm set to receive a Luna folding e-bike soon and I'd like to invest in a back-up battery at the earliest convenience.

Its a known feature/glitch of their website/store so its not just you. Its been that way for at least 2 years so I don't think its ever going to get fixed. Look for the LUNA 2021 restock thread and ask to be put on the list there.
What kind of miles or speeds are you planning? I would think a single battery would get you pretty good range on that bike. If you don't regularly use them having extra batteries can be a hassle to maintain. You really shouldn't leave them sitting for months at a time.
