I have two posts in the works: A 'howto' about opening up the cyclone controller and a 'Fundamentals Fridays' on the basics of BLDC controllers. I don't yet have a programmable e-bike controller with which to play.

Agree about the awesome easy tuning. As someone with dozens of carb jets from all my gas toys, being able to tune power delivery with a keyboard is SO fast and easy! And not being to tune it at all is simply a situation I avoid with my powered toys, as much as possible. So I agree, the programmable controllers are awesome, and practically a must have for anything that's high performance.

Quite important to keep your Generator`s carb properly tuned.

not to but in but I use the LC-1 and LC-2 for my afr test the lm is newer innovate makes great stuff
Tweaking the controllers will help maximize power and efficiency
This is one of our race bikes the newer LC-2 JD fuel tuner adjust on the fly Shift light so not to over rev
All this crosses over into ebikes

              Sweet. I'll look into those.

This was kind of a thread tangent, but I think it's relevant to the discussion. See, nowadays, ebikers are often tuners at heart! If you want someone to LOVE the vehicle or component set you sell to them, give them a way to bond with it. Tune it. Make it theirs.

The LM1 & 2 are stand alone. Works either with a bung or tail pipe probe. Add an rpm controller and you can accurately data log. The LC1 & 2 are built in. I use to run 2 lc1's with a custom dual a/c gauge in our race car. Innovate has a bunch of cool products. I'm out of touch with the new stuff.

The only difference between the lc-1 and 2 is the 2 is now self calibrating I use them to set up motorcycles in my business I made them into portable units innovate is on top of it's game for sure
we need to get the ebike thing up to that level it is getting their one thing for sure it is a lot cheaper than internal combustion and just as much fun

2/16/2017--- That was almost 4 years ago.. Today is December 15th 2020. 2/16/2021 will be 4 years.
I received my brand new Sur-ron X light bee one year ago . (Love it).

Since about a month before I bough my bike until today I swear I watched 98% of the videos about the SRX.

Still waiting for a video or instruction of programing the controller.
Soon to be 70 years young.
I`m not interested in speed, just want to eliminate the brake-cut-off and understand the controller.

I talk to Green Werks most every day and a lot has happened in 4 years. He quickly got away from the cyclone stuff and went with the Edge motors and controllers from Allan over at ERT. We got OK on that style controller but everyone seems to use different software for their products. It would be a bit hard to know them all.
